This blended family of six leads a busy household, resulting in garbage bins scattered both in front of and behind the house. It was time to create a designated garbage station that would be easily accessible and located in a convenient spot.
The front of the house needed a significant overhaul. In addition to the bins, there was a requirement to accommodate two cars and six bicycles. The new configuration addresses all these needs, providing a suitable space for three garbage bins.
The station is constructed from sustainable materials. The frame is made of reclaimed cedar, while the covering features willow, a traditional Dutch tree that can be harvested annually, making it a sustainable source of material.
