The entrance of the apartment is set back from the walk way to create an intermediate space between the public and the private. The walkways are also functioning as public balconies where the individuals are able to interact with each other.
The small starters studio is an affordable apartment that provides in all your basic needs and even feels luxurious. Each function has different minimum dimensions. By combining the functions of two small separated dwellings into one functional wall with an integrated stacked bed a lot of extra usable space is created. The living area will have a high ceiling providing a spacious feeling when you’re walking through your living area.
